Richard A. L’Altrelli

Richard L’Altrelli is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Banking and Commercial Real Estate departments. He devotes his practice to corporate structuring, financing, acquisition, leasing, commercial real estate development, and corporate matters.

Richard draws from his extensive experience in both law and finance while handling a wide range of sales, acquisitions, leases, and financings involving different types of real estate, including office buildings, parking garages, retail shopping centers, hotels, and multi-family mixed-use projects. He also provides corporate advice and counsel to privately held companies on a wide variety of matters, including corporate governance, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and employment agreements.

Before joining the firm, Richard was a founding partner at a New York law firm. He served as general counsel for an international Forbes 200 multidisciplinary real estate investment, operation, and development organization prior to private practice.

Richard earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University.
