Peter Falvo is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate; Land Use & Zoning Law; Residential Real Estate; and Wills, Trusts & Estates departments. He devotes his practice to land use and development matters; commercial and residential real estate; and wills, trusts and estate administration. After 20 years as chair of the Land Use & Zoning Department, he transitioned to chair emeritus, allowing him more time to devote to real estate and wills, trusts and estate planning.
Peter has handled countless cases before zoning and planning boards at both the local and county levels. Additionally, he has represented many clients before various state agencies, such as the New Jersey Department of Transportation, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Coastal Area Facility Review Board, as well as other state regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over real estate development and related issues.
Peter is qualified as an expert witness on land use and contract interpretation by the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division. He is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association; the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association; and the Probate Committee of Monmouth Bar Association.
