Nicole A. Benis is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. She devotes her practice to complex commercial and civil litigation and bankruptcy matters. Before joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Nicole was an associate with an established Monmouth County firm focusing her practice on employment litigation and counseling, municipal law, and commercial litigation.
While earning her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, Nicole served the Seton Hall Law community as a student mentor and a Student Bar Association member. As a research assistant for Professor Tracy Kaye, she researched and wrote on the right of first refusal and low-income housing tax credits. Nicole served as a member of the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice, Health Justice Clinic, where she represented clients in various matters.
Nicole earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude a semester early from Monmouth University. She is licensed in New Jersey and New York.
