Michael V. Benedetto

Managing Shareholder, President

Michael Benedetto is the firm’s President and Co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department, as well as the Corporate, Finance & Banking Department. He devotes his practice to complex commercial real estate, education, corporate and commercial matters, business organizations, and banking matters.

Michael served as a judicial intern to Justice (then Judge) Virginia A. Long, J.A.D. He has been a member of the Real Estate Committee, the Legislative Committee and the Technology Law Practice Management Sections of the Monmouth Bar Association.

Michael has served or currently serves as an officer, director and adviser to numerous organizations in the fields of real estate, banking, management and food, as well as for charitable entities.
