Gary Eidelstein is of counsel to our Commercial Real Estate Department. With over fifty years of diverse experience, Gary specializes in direct lending, work-out of non-performing loans, and foreclosure litigation. He has served as a court-appointed receiver for several national banks.
Beyond his legal career, Gary is a dynamic real estate developer with projects spanning Florida, New York, and New Jersey. He also held positions as a bank director and loan committee member at a Florida community bank. His multifaceted background gives Gary a deep understanding of the real estate and financial services sectors, influencing his pragmatic approach to the law.
