Gabriel Blum is an associate in the Litigation Department who leverages his persuasive advocacy skills to advance his clients’ interests across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes. Gabriel’s strategy and approach is focused squarely on what best serves his clients, aligning with their ultimate goals.
Adept and experienced with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial, Gabriel represents businesses and individuals in a range of commercial cases, including breach of contract, business torts, ownership and shareholder disputes, real estate and leasing matters, breach of fiduciary duty, and employment claims.
Gabriel takes a genuine interest in his clients and spends time to better understand their businesses. He regularly handles high-stakes litigation pending in both state and federal courts and prioritizes understanding the practical, financial, and reputational implications of protracted business litigation. Gabriel has a track record of reaching the most favorable and cost-effective resolutions for his clients.
Before joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, P.C., Gabriel worked for prominent regional and national law firms where he handled a broad range of commercial matters, including representing large corporate clients. He earned his law degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David B. Cohen, New York Civil Court. Gabriel is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
