Brian J. Ashnault is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. His practice spans a range of commercial and civil litigation matters including condemnation, land use, commercial lease disputes, breach of contract claims, and collections. Brian also has experience in access proceedings and environmental litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Brian was a Deputy Attorney General for the Transportation, Construction and Condemnation Section at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Division of Law. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Christine M. Vanek, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of Hudson County.
Brian graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Research Assistant and participated in the Immigrant’s Rights and International Human Rights Clinic. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
Brian has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star* for 2024.
