Scroble is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate, Finance & Banking departments. She specializes in complex commercial real estate matters and has nearly 30 years of experience closing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing various commercial properties nationwide. She focuses on shopping centers, retail pads, multi-family apartment buildings, 1031 exchange transactions, and commercial financing and lending.

In recent years, Scroble expanded her capabilities to include acquiring and leasing properties related to cannabis and controlled substances.
