Sherman is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate department. He devotes his practice to commercial real estate matters, including the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial and residential properties, as well as 1031 exchange transactions.
He began his real estate career as a paralegal in New York City, where he learned from prominent real estate attorneys and gained firsthand insight into building strong client relationships. Today, his pragmatic, results-driven approach makes him a trusted advisor to real estate brokers, financial advisors, investors, institutional leaders, and regional community banks.
Sherman has also been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2024.
