A shareholder in the firm’s Litigation practice, Seth’s clients span a broad spectrum of industries, including real estate, financial services, construction, manufacturing, automobile collision repair, and trucking. The matters he handles are similarly varied and diverse. He has successfully protected and advanced his clients’ interests in complex litigation involving all manner of commercial and civil disputes, including contract disputes, torts, regulatory issues, construction and home improvement cases, real estate matters, shareholder disputes, housing discrimination claims, securities cases, and various other business-related conflicts. Seth’s background also includes work on real estate transactions and issues related to the controlled substances industry.
Seth’s experience extends across the entire lifecycle of a case, from initial evaluation through appeals and judgment enforcement. He is particularly skilled at distilling complicated facts and issues into clear, persuasive arguments. Seth has appeared in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the United States, and serves as a FINRA Dispute Resolution Services Arbitrator.
Recognized by his peers for his professional achievements, Seth was selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025, and a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025.* Committed to public service and his community, he serves as an elected councilman for the Borough of Glen Rock, New Jersey.
