David Zolotorofe is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He devotes his practice to multifaceted commercial real estate development, including acquisition, land use and zoning, financing, leasing, and divestment. In addition to his extensive experience in complex commercial litigation involving real property and brokerage law, he also has an established practice representing and advising developers, REITs, banks and lending institutions.
Prior to joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, David was the managing partner of the law firm of Goldman Zolotorofe & Corcoran, P.C.
He has served as president of the Northern New Jersey and Rockland County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is an active supporter of The DZ Foundation.
