Brian Ansell is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and a partner in the Criminal Defense, Municipal Court Defense, and Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice departments. He devotes his practice to the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, municipal court, DWI defense, and chancery and probate litigation, including will contests and estate-related litigation. He also handles all types of general civil and criminal litigation.
While attending law school, Brian was a member of The Dickinson Law Review, Appellate Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Trial Team.
Brian is a former law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson (Monmouth County Assignment judge) and a former municipal prosecutor for the borough of Englishtown. Brian is a past President of the Monmouth County Bar Association.
He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney, demonstrating his level of experience, education and skill in civil trial practice. He is AV Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.
