Barry Capp is a partner in the Litigation, Labor & Employment and Municipal Law departments. He devotes his practice to complex commercial litigation, and labor and employment and construction matters, as well as insurance defense on behalf of both private and public sector clients. He has extensive experience at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and has had multiple published decisions in cases involving novel and significant legal issues. He is general counsel to a number of businesses, including a large multistate mortgage banker. He has also served as municipal attorney to multiple local public entities throughout the state.
Prior to joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Barry was with a large New Jersey law firm. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark B. Epstein, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.
