Ansell.Law is pleased to announce that Joseph M. Vigliotti has joined the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department as counsel. He brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions involving properties of every asset class, size, and complexity. Throughout his career, Vigliotti has represented buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and investors in transactions nationwide. He is based in the Firm’s Woodland Park office.

Before joining Ansell.Law, Vigliotti practiced with several prominent New Jersey law firms, focusing on commercial real estate transactions. Outside of his legal practice, he serves on the board of directors and executive committee of Cooley’s Anemia Foundation and currently holds the position of national vice president. Vigliotti earned his law degree at Albany Law School and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University.
