Nicole D. Miller

Nicole Miller is a partner in the Community Association Department. She devotes her practice to the representation of condominiums and homeowners associations. She provides homeowner associations and condominiums with a full range of legal advice and services, including:

• Daily operations
• Drafting and negotiation of service contracts
• Rules and regulations and alternative dispute regulations (ADR)
• Collections, delinquent assessments and common charges
• Fair housing compliance
• Restrictive covenant enforcement and interpretation
• Governance
• Fiduciary duties of board members
• Construction defect litigation
• Any necessary litigation-related services

Nicole served as a legal intern for the Honorable Noel L. Hillman, U.S.D.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and as a legal extern for the Honorable Marie E. Lihotz, J.A.D. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Prior to joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Nicole practiced commercial and other civil litigation, representing banks, limited liability companies, partnerships and franchises in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Nicole has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star* from 2019–2024. She is active with the Community Associations Institute – New Jersey Chapter, having served on the Future All Star Team Committee for several years. She served as the Future All Star Team committee chair in 2021 and the vice chair in 2020.
