Jason Klein is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Department, and the Corporate, Finance & Banking Department. He devotes his practice to financing, acquisition, leasing and the development of commercial real estate.
Jason has handled a wide range of sales, acquisitions, leases and financings involving different types of real estate, including office buildings, retail shopping centers, multi-family apartment projects and industrial warehouse facilities. He also provides corporate advice to privately held companies on a wide variety of matters, including corporate governance, operating agreements, shareholder agreements and employment agreements.
