Joe Vigliotti is counsel in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department. With more than 20 years of experience, Joe focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions involving properties of every asset class, size, and complexity. He has represented buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and investors in transactions throughout the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Joe practiced with several prominent New Jersey law firms.
Joe is committed to helping clients successfully navigate commercial real estate transactions with efficiency, clarity, and a client-centered approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s business objectives, concerns, and risk tolerance, enabling him to provide practical, tailored guidance that aligns with their goals. While attentive to the details of every transaction, Joe remains focused on the broader business implications, helping clients evaluate both the immediate and long-term impact of their real estate decisions.
Outside of his legal practice, Joe is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Cooley’s Anemia Foundation and currently holds the position of National Vice President. In recognition of his dedication to the thalassemia community, he received the Foundation’s President’s Award for Outstanding Service in 2016.
Joe resides in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, with his sons, A.J. and Andrew.
